The oldest village in Brazil is situated 60 kilometers south of Porto Seguro, on the left bank of the Caraiva River. Around here the streets are sandy and there is electricity only in homes and commercial establishments. There are no street poles because our wiring is 100% underground.

Crossing the river, you walk towards Mirror beach, considered one of the most beautiful in Brazil. It is a relatively heavy walk, which lasts about 3 hours (scheduling well the schedule is possible to return by bus). If you want something lighter, in the same direction however only about 40 minutes you arrive at Satu beach, where there is also a beautiful lagoon next to the beach.
